Hello all,

There is an outstanding Attention Requests against Estaban Salgado.

We are scheduled to hear the Attention Request during our Winter '26 JRB Meeting #8, Monday, February 23rd, 2026 - which starts @ 12:22 PM in the ASPSU office (SMSU 117) or on Zoom.

If you prefer submitting a Written Testimony (via email) instead of one delivered verbally during the respective JRB Meeting, we are currently accepting Written Statements (via email) as an alternative to attending the respective JRB Meeting for a verbal testimony.

As a reminder: You may choose to do the following:

1.) Submit a written testimony; email is good (can be a paragraph to a few paragraphs to explain your situation)

2.) Attend in-person & just verbally explain your situation to us during the meeting.

3.) Email written testimony & also attend in-person to discuss, etc.

4.) Do nothing & let proceedings continue without additional info submitted.

Hello all,

The JRB met, deliberated, and discussed the Declaration of Seat Vacancy regarding Esteban Salgado. The JRB has decided to deny the Seat Vacancy, meaning Salgado will remain in ASPSU. The opinion for this decision is attached below.
