DURATION: 10/1/2024 to 10/3/2024
PROJECT INFORMATION: The annual Party in the Park will be held on Wednesday 10/2/2024 in the South Park Blocks. This is a large resource fair to kickoff the new school year, welcoming students back to campus. Load-in of tents and materials will be done on 10/1, the event itself will be held on 10/2 from 11am to 2pm, and load-out of the tents and materials will be done on 10/3.
PROJECT BENEFITS: This annual event brings students and the community together, welcoming folks back to campus and providing resources for these students.
IMPACT: Work will be done during the load-in and load-out process, resulting in a disrupted access to certain areas in the park blocks, along with moving vehicles.
ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: The central Amphitheater section of the South Park Blocks may be disrupted for standard use during this period.
