LOCATION: Blackstone Residence Hall (BLKS), ML Food Cart Pod, Montgomery Residence Hall (MONT)
DURATION: 7/21/2025 to 7/22/2025 from 8:00:00 AM to 5:00:00 PM
PROJECT INFORMATION: In preparation for demolition work scheduled in the Summer of 2026, a contractor will be onsite to conduct observations and collect material samples from rooms in Montgomery and Blackstone. They will spend a few minutes in each room to verify existing finish materials. Only rooms with unique conditions or finishes will require small samples to be collected.
PROJECT BENEFITS: To enable the safe demolition of Blackstone and Montgomery and support the construction of a new, modern student housing facility.
IMPACT: Contractors will briefly enter rooms to inspect and, if needed, collect small samples of finish materials throughout the duration of the impact period.
