UPCOMING IMPACT NOTICE

DURATION: 4/6/2026 to 5/1/2026
PROJECT INFORMATION: A vendor will be on-site to perform required annual generator maintenance and load bank testing. Please see the attached document for each building's scheduled date and time. Testing is expected to take the full day.
PROJECT BENEFITS: This annual testing and maintenance is code-required and ensures that the building's emergency generators are operational during a power outage.
IMPACT: During the 3-4 hour testing period, building occupants may hear the generator running. In addition, there may be light exhaust smells. Two employees from CAT will on site with cables and test equipment.
ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: There are no anticipated accessibility impacts. Service vehicles will be in the vicinity of the building, and in some cases, wires may run across the sidewalk. Appropriate signage and safety equipment will be utilized to notify pedestrians in the area.
