A great opportunity as an entry level economist position with the Oregon Employment Department is available. Please see this email below from their office. Two documents are attached. One includes samples of work activities done by the position and the other is a “What We Do” document for the Workforce and Economic Research team within the Employment Department.

Our nationally recognized Workforce and Economic Research team has an opening for a Workforce Analyst (Economist 1) with the potential for a hybrid/remote work location. Successful candidates will have to live in the Washington County Oregon area assigned to the position within three months of starting their new position. We’re looking for a person with an Economics or related degree, with exceptional customer service and communication skills to join our stellar Regional Analysis team.
