SilvoPro 2-Day Workshop
September 18-19, 2025

SilvoPro is the course for silvopasture professionals who want to create fulfilling, impactful and profitable careers while taking agriculture to new heights. Austin Unruh, founder of Trees For Graziers and author of The Grazier’s Guide to Trees, built TFG into a leading silvopasture and conservation implementation company with very little money, no outside capital, and minimal formal education or experience in the field of agroforestry. In this course, the TFG team shares what they have learned through years of applied practice so you can fast-track your own silvopasture career and practice.

Visit working farms that have implemented silvopasture at scale.

Dive deep into the process of developing silvopasture plans.

Interact with a cohort of fellow practitioners.

Learn how to spread silvopasture in your region.

Open up real professional opportunities. As the demand for silvopasture is growing, there’s a real, practical need for more people trained in developing and implementing silvopasture plans.

Access post-workshop coaching by the TFG consulting team.

Dates are September 18-19, 2025. Gathering and meals at Drager Farms – 1558 Old River Rd, Marietta,  PA. The event will start at 9am at Drager Farms and wrap up by 5pm on Friday afternoon.

SilvoPro 2-Day Workshop Registration

Trees For Graziers is calling for a meeting of the monogastric minds at Rodale Institute in Kutztown, Pennsylvania on December 5, 2025 for an all-day workshop on pigs and poultry.

Join other experimental and insightful pig & poultry farmers at Rodale Institute for a full day of learning together about how to integrate pigs, poultry, and trees into our landscapes to create nutrient-dense foods, beautiful and functional farms, and humane ways of raising livestock.

  • Listen as John Arbuckle of Singing Pastures rhapsodizes over alternative feeds to finish pigs.
  • Tour Rodale Institutes’s organic pig operation.
  • Dig the dirt from panel of producers on tips that have made the biggest differences in their operations.
  • Check out techniques and genetics that Trees For Graziers has incorporated into recent plantings.

Let’s learn together how to take monogastric production to new heights using trees for shade, fodder, and crops full of protein, energy, and micronutrients.  Let’s go beyond grass (and grain) into the world of tree crops for non-ruminants.
