Seeking mature, quiet, non-smoking tennant/s -  individual or couple with references for 1br cottage on wooded acreage in quiet location between Allentown and Reading. Nominal rent in return for equivalent of a days help around the property per week. Available around mid-July for 10-11 months with possibility of extending for a further 12 months.
