We’re jumping into hiring season at the Green Things Farm Collective and are excited to have a few open positions for the 2026 season to bring new experience, perspective, and muscle to our operation!

Open positions for the 2026 season:

• Farm Stand Specialist

• Kerrytown Market Specialist, Co-Lead (field crew specialization)

• Kerrytown Market Specialist, Assistant (field crew specialization)

• Farmington Market Specialist, Lead (field crew specialization)

• Field Crew Members (full-time preferred; 2–3 openings)

Green Things Farm Collective is a community-centered, organic, and no-till farm located just outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan. We specialize in the direct sale of produce and flowers to our local eaters through our farm stand, farm memberships, farmers markets, local restaurants, and a variety of local grocery and food distribution programs. With respect for age-old traditions, practices, and economics of small-scale farming and land stewardship, we seek to pioneer a new model of regenerative agriculture that reflects the world we live in today and moves us towards a healthier future.
