We’re excited to invite you to our Fall 2025 Whole Hog Butchery & Charcuterie Workshop, hosted at Rock Hill Heritage Farm in Hershey, PA from October 24–26 with nationally renowned educators Hand Hewn Farm.
This immersive experience covers humane slaughter, whole-hog butchery, sausage making, curing, and preservation, with a deep emphasis on nose-to-tail utilization, regenerative practice, and real food system solutions.
Since 2019, we’ve welcomed students from across the country to these annual events—farmers, chefs, educators, and food lovers alike.
