NYFC is hiring in Pennsylvania!Hi there, The National Young Farmers Coalition is seeking to fill two new positions based in Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Policy Associate will advocate for policy reform around access to land and other critical young farmer needs in Pennsylvania. The key activities of this role will be to work with staff at the PA Department of Agriculture, develop policy proposals with legislators, and collaborate with partners to conduct research and outreach. The associate will work directly with other members of NYFC’s national leadership. This is a full-time, Harrisburg-based position. The Western Pennsylvania Organizer will mobilize young farmers across Western Pennsylvania to advocate for policy reform around access to land and other critical young farmer needs. The organizer will work directly with members of NYFC’s national leadership. This is a part-time position.
