Hello All,
My name is Mary Soboleski. I am a customer of Lindsay Shapiro’s Root Mass Farm, at the Headhouse Market in Philadelphia. My mother first started going to that market about 20 years ago and she introduced me to it. Mom always called herself a “farmer’s daughter”, growing up in a small town (Summit Station,PA) and she had a true love of the earth and fresh food. My mom recently passed away and my siblings wondered if anyone in the farming community would be interested in some of her furniture. We have Mom’s antique bedroom set (it was her mother’s before Mom got it), Mom’s dining room set, and a wood kitchen table with 6 chairs. All the furniture is free; interested parties would just need to come to Philadelphia to get it. If you are interested, I have photos of most of the mentioned items and would be happy to send to you. You can contact me at this email. Mom’s house is going up for sale in early June so, if interested, please get in touch with me by June 7 or 8.
