Large homesteads or small farms open to visitors?

Greetings! Looking for suggestions of permaculture-inspired homesteads or small farms in the area open to being visited.

An acquaintance is interested in developing their 3-acre, residential, Central NJ property an edible, income-generating space, open to the surrounding residential community in some capacity. They would like to visit homesteads or farms in the region for inspiration & asked me for recs.
