Hello watershed and community forestry organizations,
Forwarding a message below from PA’s Bureau of Procurement:
---
Hi,
I was provided your information as potential supplier who might be interested in the DCNR, Community and Watershed Forestry Partnership RFP. The RFP is published on our e-Marketplace (public
facing webpage) Solicitation 6100064431 and in JAGGAER. The RFP will close on
April 1, 2026, at 4:00 pm EDT.
- Q&A Board - Questions must be submitted using the Q&A Board within this
event. Questions must be submitted as individual questions. Only one question is to be submitted at a time and no attachments are to be uploaded. Questions must be submitted by the posted deadline. All questions and responses are considered an
addendum to and part of this RFP. The Issuing Office shall not be bound by any verbal information, nor shall it be bound by any written information that is not either contained within the RFP or formally issued by the Issuing Office. The Issuing Office does
not consider questions to be a protest of the specifications or the solicitation.
- Information Meeting.
There was an Information Meeting to go over the Small Diverse Business (SDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) Participation Goal for this RFP. The information from that meeting is posted in JAGGAER
event under Buyer Attachments.
- RFP Summary Sheet and Best Practices.
To ensure you have everything you need for a smooth and successful process, please take a moment to read the RFP Summary and Best Practices (attached).
- JAGGAER. Is the e-Procurement platform the Commonwealth uses for suppliers
to respond to RFPs. If you are not familiar with JAGGAER, I would strongly recommend you visit our Supplier Service Center @
Supplier Service Center | Department of General Services | Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and scroll down to JAGGAER System (Request for Proposal, Invitation to Qualify/Request for Quote). Also, if you’re not registered as a vendor with the Commonwealth (sorry
it’s a separate system), you can find the information for that on the same webpage under “Doing Business with the Commonwealth” and/or “PA Supplier Portal Registration”.
If you have any questions regarding getting into the systems and how to navigate, please feel free to contact. Otherwise, any other question will need to be added to the Q&A Board for review
and posting so all suppliers can see the question and answer.
Thank you.
