I'm writing on behalf of
Collective Creamery, a scrappy local cheese subscription service based in Southeast Pennsylvania. For years, we managed admin, marketing, and sales with a combination of spreadsheets, Mailchimp, and Squarespace and sold discrete summer and winter seasons.
Last year, we wanted to try experimenting with a rolling subscription, and Farmigo seemed the best way to go. A year later, we're reassessing and looking at other options for CSA/subscription box management (including going back to the spreadsheet method).
I'd love to know if you love your CSA/subscription management software, especially if it's designed for very small businesses. We don't really need crop or logistics planning tools—something that is easy for members and for us to navigate, has lots of functionality for marketing and member communications, and is low cost would be ideal.
