The National Organic Coalition (NOC) is hiring a Coalition Manager—a dynamic, part-time role for someone who loves juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced but incredibly supportive, collaborative, and flexible work environment. If you're highly organized, tech-savvy, and energized by mission-driven work, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills while working alongside national leaders in organic food and agriculture policy.

You’ll help coordinate exciting events (both virtual and in-person, including the annual DC fly-in), manage core operations and communications, and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll get to work closely with a small, passionate team and engage directly with NOC’s diverse coalition of advocates, farmers, and experts—making this an incredible chance to contribute to and learn from the ins and outs of food and ag policy from the people shaping it.
