Fully regenerative livestock farm with on farm store and existing customer base is looking for a Market Gardener to take our farming and store to the next level.

You have: The skills to raise organic veg, the time to go from seed to store, are located close enough to our farm to make it work daily.
We have: The land, the equipment, the store, the customers, extra labor as needed.

This is not a job offer, this is a partnership offer.  You will have all the knowledge and do 90% of the work.  We will provide the land and equipment and infrastructure and customers.  We both take 50% of gross sales.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a beginning farmer who does not have access to land, or the capital to get it off the ground, or no market share.  We don't have the knowledge or experience or time to start and maintain a large market garden.  You will also have access to livestock to use in a fully holistic organic symbiotic relationship to feed the soil.
