For more than 25 years, Homefields Care Farm has provided more than 100 types of organic produce for CSA members each season, creating options for persons with disabilities and other support needs. We emphasize sustainable practices, conservation, and making locally grown food more accessible and affordable through partnerships. We house a job-training program that prepares local high-school students (with disabilities) for future pathways in agriculture.
