Saturday, May 21st, 9am- 1pm • City Council Chambers

  • Tenants rights and responsibilities
  • Emergency rental & utilities assistance
  • Eviction avoidance
  • Down payment assistance
  • City’s residential rental inspection program
  • City trash/recycling services and parking permits
  • Fair housing
  • and much more!
The event has three components
  • 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  -  A resource fair, which will include tables hosted by more than a dozen organizations who will have staff available to provide information and answer questions.
  • 10:00 a.m. to noon - Formal presentations by staff from select organizations (see timetable below).
  • 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Staff from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority will be available to help residents apply for assistance through the Indiana Emergency Rental Assistance program
