Good afternoon, Pack 65!

We are hiking THIS SATURDAY 7/18 at Kings Mountain National Military Park. We will be meeting at 9 AM to explore the Visitor Center, which includes a 26-minute film, exhibit area and 1.5 mile battlefield trail, you will learn why the battle occurred, who the Overmountain men were and how the outcome of the battle helped to change the course of the Revolutionary War. This will complete one of the requirements for the First in Freedom patch (see details on council's website).

Pack 65 will have a booth THIS SATURDAY 7/18 for Mint Hill Family Fun Night. Invite your friends/family and come out to have fun with our fishing game and "axe" throwing.

THIS SUNDAY 7/19 from 2 PM - 5 PM is our first ever LEGO Derby!!! Scouts will get to build their own LEGO derby cars and then race them, so you can come and go as you please. Feel free to bring friends and family out for a fun-filled afternoon. We hope to see everyone there for a fun night of building, racing, and Scout spirit.

IMPORTANT: The Pack is providing all the LEGO. Please leave all personal bricks at home!

Did you know there's not just 1 but 2 Scout summer camps happening this week?!
