Volunteers Needed for March 7 Pacific Invite Regatta

Hi Everyone,
The Pacific Invite Regatta is coming up on Saturday, March 7, and we are actively recruiting volunteers to help support this event at Lake Merced.
We welcome support from our entire community, including:
- PRC parents, athletes, and families
- Masters rowers and alumni
- Board members
- Friends and supporters
- California Dragon Boaters Association community
- Visiting teams (we encourage 1–3 volunteers per team)
No experience is required — we will provide guidance and support.

Volunteer Training Opportunities
Optional training sessions are available:
On-Water Training
Tuesday, March 3
7:30 – 8:30 PM
On-Land Training
Thursday, March 5
7:30 – 8:30 PM
You will receive a calendar invite after signing up.
Event Day Check-In
All volunteers should check in at the Volunteer Tent upon arrival to receive:
- Volunteer shirt
- Role assignment
- Radio (if needed)
- Instructions & any supporting items and/or materials
Your support makes a direct impact on the athlete experience and helps ensure a safe, organized regatta for everyone involved.
