Every time we hold a training session, we all get better at it. Water Safety was watchful and communicative, thanks Mark & Lisa S., Arita and Craig P. Whiteboard tally was orderly, thanks to Lisha and Cynthia! Hot Chocolate was top notch, thanks Kelly for taking care of the air pots! Thanks to Coach Laura for handling the results spreadsheet!

We will have awards for top 3 in each age group. Please bring food or drink to share. Even if this is your first visit to Aquatic park, you are welcome to join us and get excited for next year!
Good luck to the families and swimmers going to San Diego to race in Western Zone Open Water Champs! Mark your calendars for late-August/early-Sept 2025. Boise, Idaho will host next year’s WZ OW Champs.
