We will return to Aquatic Park to train and do laps on the buoys with the awe-inspiring community that swims at Aquatic Park regularly. There is a wide-open watery world out there. Come and gain open water experience with a fun, welcoming, safe, and inter-team experience!

REMEMBER to use the restroom at home! Ghirardelli Square is the closest public restroom, opens at 9AM.
Set-up Reminder!
Set-up on the NORTH end of the beach. Look for PASA and PSL canopies.
Arrive early to check in and get settled.

Coach-lead dryland workout from 9:15-9:30, get hot before entering the water!
Water Safety team meeting 9:15-9:30- any parents interested in paddling prone or stand-up, please make it a point to attend this meeting and more other parents interested in keeping our swimmers safe and showing Pacific and USA swimming that the Peninsula is serious about producing open water opportunities for our swimmers!
9:30-9:50 Kickset (swimmers are invited to use equipment where necessary, refer to coach)
10:00-10:25- “The Buoy” race out-and-back, 25 minute swim with beach start. How far can you go! All swimmers
10:30- escorted buoy line swim for coach approved swimmers only. Intermediate-advanced swimmers
