It is not too late to sig up and attend another Aquatic Park training Saturday, July 26.
We will set up on the north end of the beach, near Van Ness parking, and in front of the Maritime Museum.
Please dress warmly and bring extra dry towels and clothing. Bring your equipment bag so you can participate fully in our group kick, which we traditionally start every training with. There will be hot chocolate to share, please bring a hot mug from home.
We are keeping bouy count and we will hand out awards for the top 3 finishers in each age group at the end of the Open Water season.

Coach-lead dryland workout from 9:15-9:30, get hot before entering the water!
Water Safety team meeting 9:15-9:30- any parents interested in paddling prone or stand-up, please make it a point to attend this meeting and more other parents interested in keeping our swimmers safe and showing Pacific and USA swimming that the Peninsula is serious about producing open water opportunities for our swimmers!
9:30-9:50 Kickset (swimmers are invited to use equipment where necessary, refer to coach)
9:55 -10:20- “The Bouy” race out-and-back 25 minute swim with beach start. How far can you go! All swimmers
10:30- escorted buoy line swim for coach approved swimmers only. Intermediate-advanced swimmers
