Replacing Google Meet with Zoom for Committee and Board meetings

Hi Committee leaders,

If you wish to record your meetings, you will need to change over to Zoom. Please contact @Harold Blankenship to organize credentials and access to a shared Zoom room.

We ask that meetings if recorded, are downloaded by the Committee officers and made public within two weeks because we are always bumping up against Zoom storage limits and need to remove older videos, and we don't want to lose any recordings of official business.

Please make them public within two weeks. I recommend that Committee leaders obtain access to the OWASP Foundation YouTube channel from your owasp.org email, and create a playlist for your Committee. YouTube uploads don't count against our Google cloud storage limits. However, you are also free to store them in Google Drive and share them as a link on your Committee homepage if you don't want to use YouTube.

@Global-board The OWASP Foundation will upload all previous recordings to YouTube and republish links. We'll make this the default from this month on. Non-public Special meetings will remain on the Board's Google Drive and not in YouTube.
