Beneath the Glamour: Hidden issues in running a threat intel program

Summary:

In this talk we will discuss high-level issues that are critical to the success and survival of a threat intel program but no one ever talks about. If you're establishing, operationalizing or optimizing a threat intel program, or just wanna know what makes or breaks such programs, this talk is for you.

Presenter:

Iris Wang

Iris is a 16-year intel veteran who started her career at the Communication Security Establishment (CSE). Throughout the years she has worked in SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, threat intel, among others, and also across different ecosystems including government, consulting, finance, and startup. She is currently an independent consultant in security and intelligence.
