Paulo,

The responsibility is ours for the lack of activity on the working session page, not yours, and for that we apologize.

I have been on vacation for the last 2.5 weeks but I will be arriving in Portugal tonight and will be devoting my time to Summit preparation.

I am currently in transit so I don't have full access to all my email, but as we noted in the minutes from our previous meeting, Brad and I have scaled back some of our goals for the 2011 year given the experience of the last year. If you will be onsite this week, we can collaborate on some of the issues you brought up and align our working session appropriately.

I will most certainly follow up on this tonight once I have arrived in Portugal.

Thanks for following up on this Paulo!

Jason, Brad, GPC,

It seems to me that ‘our’ working session is one of the most stalled of all and I have certainly responsibility on it.

Nevertheless, I still think we can plan it enough to have a productive meeting. If you agree, I will try to prepare a table to describe the state of OWASP Projects by using the main categories of the GPC template currently utilized and departing from the data assembled here http://www.owasp.org/index.php/OWASP_Projects_Dashboard.

As deliverable, I also suggest we think about creating the second leg of our assessment criteria (projects), as was planned when V2 was launched, since currently it only captures Releases metrics.

On top of the above I suggest we also address questions of project funding, marketing & design.

In addition, I propose we reflect about the desirable level of resources the current set of projects needs to be technically and/or linguistically reviewed, assessed, packed, distributed and managed so that the global output can be improved.

I also propose we delete the links below and simultaneously create an independent WS to discuss Commercial Services.

May I have please your thoughts?

Thanks,

- Paulo
