Just an FYI that there will be another pre-planning working session for the OWASP Board/Committee Governance topic tomorrow night (Wed) occurring again in 967. They are fully aware that the "schedule" is full and it will not be published. I just wanted to keep you all in the loop!

What will be on the agenda? What is the intended “outcome” of this session?

If no one has any other suggestions, we might consider jumping into the ByLaws – at least looking at what we currently have. They are posted on the wiki, http://www.owasp.org/images/0/0d/OWASP_ByLaws.pdf and if we think we will need hard copies, I can print some.

Of course, any other topic would be fine, I am only advocating for a productive session.
