Hi Claudia

I noticed that the dashboard has not been updated yet. Also , as you have cleaned up the inventory and set many projects in archive page:

This makes the pages not to be found by search engines or in the wiki search. The reason why projects like Joomla are not set as inactive because there is a big demand of the public to download them.(500 downloads per week)

I strongly suggest to talk with the wiki editors and start categorising things properly to make your life easier and also, as people requests information about projects, to keep track of what happens.Thats why I created the category to help you with this part. Unfortunately ,as you know, there are no volunteers working much on that, but you might check with Jim what kind of solution can be done.

I unfortunately wont have time to support you with decisions when projects are set as inactive.
Like the step by step guide suggested, this a guide for new projects, not for projects that have produced a release already.

Just to make clear, the dashboard and the whole wiki mess was not my idea, and I find it horrible to maintain, but horrible as it is, if you don't have other system, you loose track.

I feel very uncomfortable trying to push you with work that seems quite difficult to maintain. So please, if you have no time for dashboard updates, don't worry. I don't have time neither for this and keep on asking 😁

I'm just a volunteer here, I don't get paid anything to do this nor to be behind and manage.

regards

Hi Johanna,

I have been working on my tasks and will have this done by Monday.

I understand you are busy and a volunteer.
