Owasp dashboard 2016 request for access

Hi All,

I have seen many request for access to Project Dashboard 2016 file.

The access level was for people with OWASP emails, it is now changed to anyone , to be able to comment.

Please, keep I'm mind that this information is incomplete or outdated, and does not reflect the actual situation of projects

It would be useful if you explained the meaning / intent of the
various color encoding of the cells.

Indeed Kevin.

This Dashboard was created by Paulo Coimbra. Samantha used to do it on the wiki using wiki table format and it was a headache to maintain, so she switched to this google doc.

I have no idea what this means.Furthermore, I feel that this entire classification does not work.😝
