Running FluentSharp tests on OSX and Travis

Given the latest developments on the mono front of .NET I decided to try to compile FluentSharp on OSX and run its UnitTests on Travis.

The progress is promising: https://travis-ci.org/o2platform/FluentSharp (note how it compiled OK in Travis and executed the UnitTests)

I created a new branch for these efforts and added a couple issues to track the open tasks:

• Compile and Run UnitTests in mono 3.x 
  
• Add Travis CS integration 
  
• Find StackOverflow root-case in tests (as seen on Travis) 
  
• Fix FluentSharp Tests that fail on OSX and Travis
