Core Rule Set github repository moved to new location

Dear all,

The OWASP ModSecurity Core Rule Set project has moved house. The project
repository is no longer residing under the Trustwave SpiderLabs GitHub, but
at https://github.com/coreruleset/coreruleset.

Please update your booksmarks and local copies accordingly.

A blog post with some background and a link to our fabulous migration bot
is at https://coreruleset.org/20200513/crs-repository-at-new-location/
(If you ever need to migrate a github, this is the script you want to use!)
