Ciao a tutti, abbiamo aperto la CfP per No Hat 2024, che si terra' Sabato 19 Ottobre con eventi
sociali sia la sera prima (Venerdi) che il post-conference party del Sabato e il giro turistico in
citta' Alta con guida la Domenica.

Anche quest'anno, sara' il Centro Congressi di Bergamo ad ospitarci. Suggeriamo sempre di muoversi
per tempo nel booking dei diversi B&B e Hotel vista la grande affluenza. Maggiori informazioni sul
sito Internet della conferenza.

La deadline per la CfP e' il 15 Luglio, ma se avete una ongoing research, consigliamo di anticipare

Call for Presentations

No Hat is a computer security conference organized by BITM. This 6th edition will take place on
October 19th in Bergamo, Italy.

We invite submissions and ideas covering the following topics, among others:

* Side Channel Attacks
* Privacy and Anonymity
* Mobile and OS Security
* Web and Browser Security
* Investigations and e-Crime
* Cloud and Hypervisor Security
* Hardware and Physical Security
* Malware Analysis and Detection
* Web3 and Smart Contract Security
* Attacks to Radio Protocols (SDR)
* Industrial and Vehicular Networks
* Vulnerability Research, Exploitation
* Network Protocols, Analysis and Attacks
* Telecommunication Security, 5G, Satellite
* Attacks to Cryptographic Schemes and Defense
* Data Recovery, Forensics and Incident Response
* State of the Art and Systematization of Knowledge
* Critical Infrastructure and Cyber-Physical-Systems

All speaking slots are 45 minutes including questions. Presentations must be delivered in English.

Depending on the presentation content, selected speakers will be allocated to either the Research
Track or the Technical Track.

Call for Workshops
==================

Building on the success of previous year, we also look for workshops on cutting-edge topics.
Workshops should provide hands-on training to attendees for a duration of 1.5 hours.

Submissions
===========

To apply, please use the dedicated portal at https://cfp.nohat.it/

Remember to include the following:
- Your name or nickname
- Your website or social network handler, if any
- Your profile picture // optional
- Your biography (who you are, and previous speaking experience) // max 150 words

- Format // presentation or workshop
- The abstract // max 250 words
- The outline // max 500 words
- Any additional material detailing your contribution (e.g., slides, paper or poc)

- Why do you want to present at No Hat
- Clarification on whether your work is novel (never presented before); if not, please specify where
previously presented
- From where you plan to travel, if accepted

Deadlines
=========

Our CFP closes on July 15th, and notifications will be given on August 1st at at the latest.
|_ Proposals submitted before June 1st will receive early notifications.

Benefits
========

Accepted speakers will receive travel and hotel accommodations (for one speaker).
A speaker dinner reception will be held on Friday evening, followed by a social event on Saturday
and city sightseeing on Sunday.
