2025 Budget coming

Hi Board,

The 2025 Budget has been finalized. I'm meeting with Harold on Tuesday to go over it. With the website redesign and certification requests, it is looking like an investment year, but I will work with Harold on where we can make some additional savings if needed, or we just go with that and work harder to make up lost ground in various places.

If you are interested, please look in the Global Board share drive > Finance Meetings > 2025 and you'll find the draft budget. Please don't share this file publicly as it has salaries, etc, on it. The thing I'll ask the Board the approve is a finalized PDF that doesn't have the salary detail visible.
