Hi Board,

I checked throughout my weekend and again today, but I do not have the financial management reports from Charity CFO. Things are definitely running awry with several things Dawn used to do for us that were not done on time this month, so I think the delay is understandable and not Charity CFO's fault, but nonetheless frustrating to us all.

IIRC, there was one action item for me to follow up with Charity CFO as well from last month, so I will follow up on that as well as finding out when or if we will receive the financials before the Board meeting. I will contact Charity's CFO my late tonight / early their morning to find out when it might be coming.

Hi Andrew, 

Thanks for the update. I thought we discussed adding an item to the agenda to call for participants from the community to review policies? Avi is ready to begin but looking for a green light. Do you recall us discussing this?

We have received the Financial Summary. Through Starr's hard work, we now have a financial operations run book that details what's due when, so such a late delivery should be a one time blip under unusual circumstances. 

Marisa, I'll set up a review queue in Monday and see if Christian can fix the permissions to allow others to review it.
