Website Status for this week

Hi Board,

I've just delivered an update on the website status to our leaders. I'll give you a fuller account when we meet for our Board meeting next week, but if you want to check it out, it's posted to lea...@owasp.org and the #leaders channel on Slack. 

We're in the validation phase right now, and I'm working to secure a penetration re-test. We will not go live with any major known bugs or security flaws. I think most of them have been dealt with, but it's important to me personally that the site actually works and is secure.
