Pre-reading available

Hi Board,

The pre-reading for this Wednesday's public Board meeting is available. I'm still awaiting a video of the finance summary, but it was important not to delay the publication of the pre-reading any longer. As soon as I receive it, I will let you know and update the agenda. 

Unfortunately, due to the rescheduling and late hour of this public Board meeting, the Charity CFO won't be able to attend in person, so we will need to rely on watching the video. 

As preparations for AppSec DC have taken up a significant amount of the staff's time over the last few weeks, with many extra hours worked, not all of the slides have been fully completed. I've asked the staff to complete these by COB Monday. If there are any notable updates, I will bring them to your attention during the public Board meeting.
