Hi Ricardo,
We are working towards getting it completely done by the 25th Anniversary. The biggest "if" is when GlueUp will have the chapter functionality that we need. Starr met with them this week, and they are making progress, but until it's in our hands and we can start to make the changes we need, we won't know when this ends.
Like our previous migration, this is a work in progress - the plane has to keep flying whilst we change out the engines and everything else.
The biggest single issue we have identified so far is how we manage chapters. There will be an interim solution going in between the go live and when GlueUp takes over chapter meetups.
I won't be going live until we have some of the QA issues worked out, but even then, there will be content on the old site that we will need to port to the new site, such as finance and governance that doesn't have a clean home at the moment.
That said, I don't want to boil the ocean and make perfect the enemy of good, as the new test site is already better than our current site in many ways. I'll give a fuller update at the Board meeting next week.
thanks,
Andrew

Hi Andrew,
Great!
Hopefully you have a plan for implementing the remainder of the content to the new website. It would be great if this is done before the 25th Ann.!
Cheers,
Ricardo

Hi Board,
I've fixed all broken links as far as I can find them in
www-board
www-policy
And added navigation links to the elections pages on the board repo, as the elections pages were not easy to find previously. This actually fixed a lot of broken links throughout the website that we previously had, but hadn't yet discovered.
I will need to work on moving a few more repos, like www-board-eu and www-community to their new homes before the website migration is complete.
thanks,
Andrew
