January public meeting reading materials ready for review

Hi Board,

I'm about to go to the airport, so I will have limited ability to change things between now and the Board meeting. I've searched for the Mozilla Foundation's contributor AI policy. It seems to have been withdrawn or is very difficult to find. 

Sam, can you please send me an updated link for the membership policy draft? I don't seem to have it. 

I am still awaiting the video recording of the financial summary. The timing of the meeting is early-ish for Charity CFO, but I hope they can make it if we don't get the video in time. Please review the summary in case they are unable to show.
