Hi Board,

Sorry for the late delivery of the pre-reading materials. I had a family emergency late on Friday night into Saturday morning, and then I spent the weekend away for my wife's 50th birthday.

The Foundation management reporting slides, finance video, and finance summary documents are all complete. The minutes for October's board meeting are still being prepared by Sam, who should have them to us shortly.
