Hi Board,

Existing entity

I emailed the original Belgian entity directors, asking them to come to Brussels to close the ING account. We will cover their travel expenses. I don't think I need to be there, but I will go if they require it.

New EU entity

The Belgian Government still hasn't approved the new entity. Search the Belgian Crossroads Bank (CBE) official company search here:

Regus (our office provider) has asked us for KYC notarized ID documents. I've collected most of the Directors' IDs and will provide what we have to them. I hope that this is enough to keep our offices open while we await the Belgian government's decision. If not, we must reapply for new offices once the entity has been established.

Thanks,

Hi Board,

Here's an update on the two entities:

Existing entity

Martin Knobloch has responded, which I truly appreciate. I've not heard from Adrian or Maarten. I've provided them with the banking details, reiterated the offer of booking their travel for them, and asked for a date for them to meet soon. I will try to follow up with Adrian and Maarten through alternative methods to see if they can chime in on making a date to meet and close the accounts.

New entity

All five Directors have signed new proxy forms and were submitted to the Belgian notary on Monday. Yesterday, the notary countersigned the paperwork and submitted it to the Belgian government. Hopefully, we will get an approval in a shorter period than the previous time, as summer holidays are over, and we've cleared the naming issue with the Belgian government.

thanks,
Andrew
