2023 Final Audit

Hi Board,

After one of the most thorough external audits I've ever been a part of, the report is finally here. 

It's a clean audit, which means our end-of-year financial statements are accurate and true, and our accounting controls and processes are sufficient to not merit any particular attention. Considering we moved accounting providers in 2023, this is an amazing result and continues our run of clean audits. 

As a result of the clean audit, we do not need to restate or refile our 990. 

I do have some action items, primarily related to internal financial processes, that need to be resolved before the 2024 audit starts. These are on my to-do list. I hope the 2024 audit will start in late May or early June and be completed by November 15.
