New ESAPI release - 2.5.5.0

The ESAPI 2.5.5.0 release is now official. You may note that some dates related to Maven reflect yesterday:

I'm declaring the 2024-October-07 date as the official release date, since that's when I started updating Maven Central. We'll all agree to blame the discrepancy on different time zones!
