Well, got past the power outage situation (although there were several "outages" caused by various later BBall distractions).
But the main thing holding this up is that 'mvn site' is now failing for reasons which are unclear to me.
@Dave Wichers - Maybe this makes sense to you. I will try to contact you tomorrow night if you are available:

It may be related to either PR 771 (which I don't think, since that used to work) or PR 779 (which I'm not sure I tested with the latest plugin updates until today).
