Need for redefined Vulnerability Intelligence

Came across the initiative in OWASP on the matter.
I strongly echo the ideas on it, I would be keen to contribute in best of efforts on the global development.
Additionally, can I take your cognizance for referring your below statement on an article I am compiling.
