Hello Mailing List Subscribers

Two example card faces from the v1.1 release of OWASP Cornucopia Mobile App Edition to illustrate the card URLs as text and QR codes

Further to my message earlier this month about the new project website for Cornucopia, the remaining work has been completed to generate cards with URLs (as text and QR codes) on the faces, instead of printing the mappings to ASVS, MASVS, CAPEC, etc. These URLs match end points on the project website, allowing us to add more details and tips about every card. The cards are also available as files with the mappings on the faces as before. And again, the generated card PDFs are available in smaller ("bridge" sized) and larger ("tarot" sized) formats, with matching leaflets and deck cases.

This release also includes generated outputs for the new IT and PT-PT translations of the Website App Edition, mentioned in recent months. The generated outputs include files for:
  • v2.1 Website App Edition (in eight languages EN, ES, FR, IT, NL, NO-BR, PT-BR, PT-PT)
  • v1.1 Mobile App Edition (EN only)
The most recent work is largely the work of co-leader Johan Sydseter and core team member Jef Meijvis. It all builds on other recent and past contributors' efforts, all of whom are listed on the website:

Further details of these releases and what has changed can be found on a news story:

Please let other people (involved with developing, deploying and operating apps) know about threat modelling with OWASP Cornucopia at https://cornucopia.owasp.org by forwarding this email, and/or the news story and/or social media posts going out this week. Thank you if you can.

Best wishes

Colin Watson
