Great thanks.
We tried a version using a google doc to share the current game state and a real pack of cards to remotely deal people's cards. It worked ok, but I'm sure there is a better way :)

Hi Tom
We recently published a proposal to use multiple physical decks and an online random hand generator. I hadn't noticed your post until just now, so apologies for not sharing earlier.
The online card generator is called Croupier and is here:
We offer a white-glove concierge style service to help you get physical decks to the whole team, so we hope it is very easy to run it this way.
Let me know your thoughts though as this is very new and there is a lot to learn and improve upon.
