New OWASP Incubating project: API Check

Hi all,

We have just contributed to OWASP our project API Check

https://owasp.org/www-project-apicheck/

I hope the framework plus existing and future "tools" extensions will be of great interest in order to implement OWASP API Security checks.

We are open to discuss how to better evolve the project, and every suggestion from the collective and individual experience of this group will be very welcome
