Hi Everyone,

We will be changing the structure of the Top Ten meetings a bit.  We want to have two different kinds of meetings now.  Currently, the very large calls we are having every two weeks are good for giving people status updates and a good sense of what's going on.  However, we would like to increase the productivity of the group by introducing regular  working sessions.

First, the regular monthly meeting will give OWASP members a general status update on the project, highlight outstanding items / areas where volunteers can contribute, and discuss strategy. This is the session where you would go to talk about the direction, provide feedback, or look for things to do.

Separate smaller working sessions can then breakout that are more task-specific in nature with much smaller groups.  These sessions allow people to contribute during the actual call and focus on producing actual content during the call.

I've sent out a general invite for the broader monthly call to happen on the 5th of each month.

Just for this particular call, we'll be focusing on the data analysis results up to now and working on the content that we will put into a slide deck that we will present at AppSecEU 2015. The goal of the analysis is to objectively show the successes and failures of 2014 along with a hint at what will most likely stay / go in the final 2015 list.
