Hi Tom,

We did have a work flow for volunteers since Kate and I created the Project Review Form that volunteers submitted and produced a Project Review Report.  Since January and the introduction of the OWASP Project Review Proposal this was to replace the work flow since the reports produced needed more technical value per OWASP Project Review Team.

Just to restate - the project reviews were added to the volunteer jobs to encourage more volunteers to step up to do project reviews.  Claudia and I had created a comprehensive process that included the use of a simplified project review form that consolidated much of the information that was, at the time, located in several different places.

We had been beta testing this process and had been asking for input on how to improve the technical questions for the reviews.

However, since we set this up, the process has changed several times so the workflows that we had in place are really no longer appropriate.

The review opportunities are still posted on the wiki and we do still get volunteers who want to participate in the review process, however, it is no longer clear how we should direct them.
