Unexpectedly tickets wont show up

Hi All,
Im facing a problem here.
I have installed the new osTicket v1.9.6, just earlier i have 18 closed, 2 open tickets. But after logging in again just now, i only have 4 closed and 2 open tickets.
Why did that happened?
Please see attached image for what i have now:
But upon checking the database, i have all of the tickets.
Whats the possible reason for this issue?
Please help. Thank you.
